Meet the Team
On Time, Professional & Friendly

Last year we serviced over 500 boilers in Ipswich. This year, we expect to do double that. If you’re looking for a company that can service your boiler for a sensible fee look no further. We can help. We offer boiler services to fit in with your diary from as little as £80. If you live or rent a property in Ipswich and want a free no obligation quote for your new boiler, call us today. We are professional, friendly and offer a reliable service. Always turning up when we say we will.
When servicing your boiler we will include a visual review of its installation. Ensuring the positioning complies with current regulations and standards. As per Gas Safe guidelines all our servicing engineers are trained to recognise and understand the current regulations. We will always give you honest advice when necessary.
Before your service or repair is carried out, the basic operation of your boiler will be checked for faults. After the boiler casing will be removed and the main working components of your boiler checked and tested. Including ensuring that the flue is unobstructed. At this stage of your boiler service or repair, any damaged or faulty components will be found by our boiler engineer. If applicable, you will be advised of any additional costs that will be incurred for the repair or replacement of the components to ensure that your boiler is safe to use.
The final steps of your boiler service or repair are a gas tightness test. To ensure that there are no leaks. We will then complete your boiler service report which you will have the opportunity of reading. This will tell you the work that has been carried out during your boiler service.
Our boiler engineers aim to complete a boiler service within 45 minutes. However if faulty or damaged components are found during the boiler service and a repair is required additional time may be required, or sometimes a return visit.
