Needed our gas pipework altering for removing an old gas cooker. Marshall Gas were available within a couple of days and gave me a very reasonable price for the work. Max the engineer was very friendly, knowledgeable, and sorted things all in one visit. Highly recommend.

Marshall installed a replacement boiler for us which from start to finish the service we received from them was outstanding . We just had Josh from Marshall Gas over and honestly — what a breath of fresh air! He called ahead to let us know exactly when he’d arrive, was super polite and professional, and really took his time explaining everything he was doing.

Not only did he install our gas stove cooker perfectly, but he also took the time (without us pre booking in) to help with our gas fire, which has been tricky for ages. He checked everything thoroughly, made sure it was safe, and explained the legalities in a way that actually made sense. He even corrected some bad advice we’d had before — and gave us a real solution, not just more problems.

Josh was open about his military background and shared how Marshall Gas supports ex-forces staff — which made us admire the company even more. We’re so impressed by his work ethic, care, and knowledge.

Truly a rare experience — excellent service, great price, and we’ll only be using Marshall Gas from now on!

Marshall gas fitted a boiler replacement at ours a couple of years ago and they have been completing the annual service. They are very transparent,efficient, reliable and responsive. The engineers are friendly too.
